Command line tool to format, transform, or validate XML. Useful to "normalize" configuration files so that diff utilities only show "real" changes.

Usage:
XmlTool -p|--pretty -f -ff -d <in> <out>
Pretty print <in> to <out>.
XmlTool -t|--transform -f -ff -d <xslt> <in> <out>
Transform <in> to <out> using <xslt>.
XmlTool -v|--validate -f -ff -d <xsd> <in> <out>
Validate <in> to <out> using <xsd>.
-f: Overwrite <out>.
-ff: Overwrite <out> in place.
-d, --debug: Show debugging info.
Use - with <in> or <out> to use standard input/output.

Example:

XmlTool -pffci 2 Web.config
-> Remove comments and indent web.config with two spaces.
